π§ͺ Why Labs?
Labs are designed to help you customize and improve your training without abandoning the program you’re already running.
Instead of switching to a completely different program every time your goals change, simply add the Lab that fits your current needs.
The goal is to keep you progressing without overcomplicating your training.
βοΈ How Labs Work
Each Lab is designed to complementβnot replaceβyour current Strongman Lab program.
- Spend 5β10 minutes, 2β3 times per week on your chosen Lab.
- Complete the Lab after your workout or on a rest day.
- Stick with the same Lab for at least 4 weeks before moving to a different one.
- Focus on one Lab at a time for the best results.
