πŸ§ͺ Why Labs?

Labs are designed to help you customize and improve your training without abandoning the program you’re already running.

Instead of switching to a completely different program every time your goals change, simply add the Lab that fits your current needs.

The goal is to keep you progressing without overcomplicating your training.

βš™οΈ How Labs Work

Each Lab is designed to complementβ€”not replaceβ€”your current Strongman Lab program.

  • Spend 5–10 minutes2–3 times per week on your chosen Lab.
  • Complete the Lab after your workout or on a rest day.
  • Stick with the same Lab for at least 4 weeks before moving to a different one.
  • Focus on one Lab at a time for the best results.
